One project may contain accommodation areas, duty posts, distribution points, sanitation zones and water points. State the users, opening hours, service frequency and space restrictions for each point. Tents are calculated by space, raincoats and life blankets by users, and toilet, shower, handwashing and purification equipment by service points and turnover. One total population cannot determine every quantity.
Tents and canopies require ground, anchoring and deployment space. Shower bags require filling, suspension and load support. Shower rooms require privacy, access, water and drainage. Washbasins require water supply and collection or drainage. Toilets require waste collection and disposal. Purifiers require source-water, operation, consumables and maintenance decisions. Individual issue, short deployment, shift duty and continuous operation create different cleaning, consumable, spare, storage and replacement requirements. State the service period, cleaning frequency, operating shifts and available maintenance capacity. The supplier can then list product-specific components, consumables and packing without applying one generic conclusion to the whole order.
MOQ varies by product category; standard stock items have flexible MOQ, while custom specifications are quoted separately. Do not apply one MOQ to all lines in a mixed order.
Inspection standards differ by category: textile lines follow AQL sampling, while equipment lines require functional checks; one inspection report cannot cover all product types.
Logo printing processes differ across products (screen print for tents, heat transfer for raincoats); confirm artwork requirements for each line to avoid post-quotation changes.

Tents, raincoats, life blankets, sanitation equipment and water purifiers have different structures and inspection priorities. Confirmation records should identify the product, selected configuration, components, colour or printing, labels and packing. Required test or shipment documents must also state the applicable product and checked field. A tent sample cannot confirm a raincoat, and purifier documents cannot cover washbasins or shower equipment.
For multiple destinations, list product quantities, carton marks, label language and shipment splits by destination. At receiving, verify that products and components are complete before checking the agreed specifications and documents for each line. This prevents a project-level carton total from hiding missing items at a sanitation point, tent site or personal-issue group.
When quantity, structure, components, printing or packing changes, update the relevant written product record before assessing effects on price, samples, documents, loading and delivery. A change to one product must not silently alter another, and a verbal statement that the overall kit is unchanged is not a substitute for line-item confirmation.
They can share one inquiry, packing plan and delivery schedule, but one fixed kit is unlikely to fit every project. Accommodation, users, sites, climate, water and service period change the required products and quantities. Build an itemized list first, then decide which lines can be delivered together.
